Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Custom Products:
- As our products are made-to-order, this processing time allows us to ensure quality and accuracy in every item.
Order Modifications:
- Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing it.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as production or packing may begin immediately after the order is placed.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship exclusively within India. Delivery times vary based on the destination:
- Local (within Chennai): 1–2 business days
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2–3 business days
- Metro-to-Metro (e.g., Chennai to Mumbai): 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 6–10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹299.
- Minimum Order Value: Orders below ₹299 are not eligible for processing.
- No Hidden Charges: All prices are inclusive of taxes and shipping fees.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Courier Partners: We are in the process of finalizing our delivery partners. Regardless of the courier, tracking information will be provided for all orders.
- Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages
- Incomplete/Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Nexodyss is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient's unavailability, the courier may retry or return the package to us.
- Reshipping: In cases where the package is returned to us, reshipping can be arranged. The customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Delayed Deliveries: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at help.nexodyss@gmail.com. We'll assist in tracking your order and providing updates.
- Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.
- Unboxing Video: For any claims regarding lost or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory to process the claim.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at help.nexodyss@gmail.com.
- Required Documentation: Include your order number, a clear unboxing video, and photos of the product showing the issue.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
- Note: Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
