Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Processing Time: 

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Custom Products:

  •  As our products are made-to-order, this processing time allows us to ensure quality and accuracy in every item.

Order Modifications: 

  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Order Cancelation: 

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing it.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as production or packing may begin immediately after the order is placed.  

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship exclusively within India. Delivery times vary based on the destination:

  • Local (within Chennai): 1–2 business days.
  • Within Tamil Nadu: 2–3 business days.
  • Metro-to-Metro (e.g., Chennai to Mumbai): 3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 6–10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹299.
  • Minimum Order Value: Orders below ₹299 are not eligible for processing.
  • No Hidden Charges: All prices are inclusive of taxes and shipping fees.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Courier Partners: We are in the process of finalizing our delivery partners. Regardless of the courier, tracking information will be provided for all orders.
  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages

  • Incomplete/Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Nexodyss is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient's unavailability, the courier may retry or return the package to us.
  • Reshipping: In cases where the package is returned to us, reshipping can be arranged. The customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Delayed Deliveries: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at help.nexodyss@gmail.com. We'll assist in tracking your order and providing updates.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.
  • Unboxing Video: For any claims regarding lost or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory to process the claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at help.nexodyss@gmail.com.
  • Required Documentation: Include your order number, a clear unboxing video, and photos of the product showing the issue.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
  • Note: Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
