Return Policy

At Nexodyss, all products are made-to-order and customized based on your selection. As such, we donot accept returnsunless the item is:

  • Damaged during transit.
  • Defective due to production issues.
  • Incorrect (wrong design, size, or item sent).

Conditions for a Valid Return:

  • You must report the issue within 1 day of receiving the product.
  • The product must beunused,unwashed, and returned in theoriginal packaging.
  • The item must be in resellable condition (except in cases of damage or defect).

Mandatory Proof:

To prevent misuse and ensure genuine claims, we require an unboxing video clearly showing:

  • The package being opened from a sealed state
  • The product as it appears upon unboxing
  • The visible damage/defect or incorrect item

We DO NOT Accept Returns For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect selections made by the customer (e.g., wrong size or design)
  • Slight color variations (common in digital-to-print processes)
  • Delays in delivery due to courier issues

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided under specific conditions, after thorough verification.

You Are Eligible for a Refund If:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and cannot be replaced.
  • Your return request is approved and the product is returned in acceptable condition.
  • Your issue is verified through the required unboxing video and photos.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • In cases of prepaid orders, the entire amount (excluding shipping, if applicable) will be refunded.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through bank transfer or store credit.

We DO NOT Offer Refunds:

  • If the return/refund request is made after 1 day of delivery.
  • If no unboxing video is provided.
  • For minor variations in print color or design placement.
  • For product misuse or wear-and-tear.

Replacement Policy

We are happy to offer a free replacement if you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged upon arrival.
  • Defective due to production.
  • A completely wrong item.

Replacement Request Conditions:

  • Must be requested within 1 day of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Unboxing video proof is mandatory (no exceptions).

What We Replace:

  • Damaged or dented posters.
  • Misaligned or misprinted mousepads.
  • Broken keychains or coasters upon delivery.
  • Wrong design or product shipped.

What We Don't Replace:

  • Slight color differences from screen to print.
  • Wrong size or design ordered by customer.
  •  Customer damaged the item.

Timeline:

  • Replacements are delivered within 24–48 hours after approval.
  • New items are printed and shipped within 5–10 business days depending on item type and stock availability.

How to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement?

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and guide you on the next steps.

Step 4: Outcome

Based on your claim, we’ll:

  • Approve a replacement
  • Initiate a refund
  • Or contact you for more information
